New Keene Buffet in Keene

Everything I tried excepting for the soup was either Luke warm or cold when it's all supposed to be hot. I would not recommend this place to anyone. My mother asked for wontons and the girl proceeded to have my mother wait(89 yr old no less) and I finally went and asked someone else for wontons. The girl brought them out, but after she put out other dishes. Little did they know that I understood what they were saying, and next time you talk to another waitress, you need to be careful what and who your talking about.

Food was good 😊 and hot can't complain staff friendly as for variety of food though not so much to choose from but overall a good restaurant and not to mention the fry chicken 😫❤️ My husband loved it

I've been here many times over the years, and I was always very happy. I have fond memories of coming here in my early adulthood. It's the first place I ever tried General Tso's for crying out loud!Sadly, the last 3 or 4 times I've been here (all over the course of about a year, maybe two), it's been very disappointing. The food is stale, the service is iffy, and the whole experience isn't worth the price. What does it say about a place like this when the soups aren't even warm? Not hot, mind you, I'd settle for warm!When I left this time I made sure to tell the hostess that we would not be coming back again, and I just wanted to save others the effort and disappointment. Should the owner see this and wish to reach out to me, I'm happy to discuss it, though I don't think there's anything to be done to change it.

It is ok Chinese food. Not a big selection. Some of the food that was on the buffet was hard. Some of it was overcooked. It will get you full for a little bit. I wouldn't go back.

well,lets start with my first point. 1) i filled my face until I almost popped. 2) i have been always weary of buffet food,i hear the horror tories. but i had no such negative experience. staff was friendly enough and food was fine.its buffet food so expect buffet quality. i though it was just fine. I dont usually eat until i'm full but i felt i had to to get my moneys worth. Lunch is cheaper than dinner. i have never been to another buffet restaurant so I cannot compare.

This place use to be a lot better. Food has gone down hill. They no longer have a soft serve machine. They have less food on the buffet tables and prices are rather high. Their website doesn't reflect the price changes. Pretty pricey for young children who don't eat a lot.

my boyfriend and I go though Keene once a month and make the keene buffet our go to place. Well this last time, the cucumbers were spoiled, brown centers and dried seeds, I mentioned this to one of the waitresses, We watched as she went took 1 cuc out and eat it then came to me and said they're not good but aaaa they're good enough, with a shrug of her shoulders. a few minutes later someone came from the kitchen to stir them up he stirred them went back to the kitchen 1 min later came to stir again. We were then thinking WHAT else is spoiled and just re-cooked !!!!! Do they fry the shrimp that go bad from the salad bar!! will not be going back. ONLY reason for 1 star there is no 0 The only thing I eat is the salad and it's bad enough to pay $14.00 for a iceburg lettuce salad but to be told rotten food is good enough to serve to us. Nope We are not going back.

This is my favorite restaurant in Keene. Huge variety, all you can eat, and inexpensive. The food is a bit greasy compared to big city Chinese food, but I like it anyway. Getting sushi for this price is extraordinary, The tables are big, there's lots of room. When I need to invite all my friends, this is the place. It's got the best aquarium in Keene too.

We spent $93 for our family of 7 to eat here yesterday. We ALL got sick! Never again.

Sometimes you just want Chinese Buffet. Not all meals have to be gourmet or good for you. That being said, New Keene Buffet didn't disappoint! Lots of variety! And the restaurant has lots of seating and was very clean.Food was fresh and delicious. Service was attentive but not overbearing. They have all the standard chinese buffet items: 4 soups, General's chicken, bbq chicken on a stick, sauteed mushrooms, mussels, noodles, etc. Very nice dessert selection. The Sushi selection was just ok and the pickled ginger stayed empty for our entire meal but everything else seemed to get refilled in a timely manner.I'd definitely go back.

The food is not awful but definitely not great, the take-out is much better than the buffet. The waitstaff is not attentive at all. They are not vegetarian friendly at all, very little options if you don't eat meat. That being said, it's just your average chinese buffet. I've had worse.

My family and I have been here a few times and love it. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. Even my picky eater finds something she loves.

I LOVE THIS PLACE TO THE FOOD AND TO THE AQAURIUM IF YOU WANTED TO GO SOMEWHERE WITH THE FAMILY I WOULD DEFINATLY RECCOMEND THOS PLACE. I LOOOOOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!

Good basic buffet. Best to go during busier times or food isn't replaced often. Sushi is slow to be replenished even during busy times. Great coconut shrimp.

Don't bother! I took my daughter and niece there because they usually have some American style foods as well but this time they did not. Their rice was hard as a rock, nothing seemed to be cleaned and we were extremely rushed.
